1. Requested service

RihlaAcademy provides review and improvement of the client’s motivation letter, including:

• Reviewing the content of the current motivation letter.
• Improving the clarity and organisation of ideas.
• Improving wording and style.
• Correcting language errors where needed.
• Reviewing how well the letter fits the target programme or institution.
• Suggesting changes to present the study plans more clearly and persuasively.

2. Price

• The motivation letter review service costs 29 €.
• This price covers only the services specified in this agreement.

3. Client obligations

• Provide accurate, precise information.
• Send the motivation letter and required information after payment is confirmed.
• Review the final version and verify the accuracy of personal and academic information before using it.

4. Scope and limits of the service

• This service covers only review and improvement of the motivation letter.
• It excludes submitting university applications, visa applications, equivalence and any service not specified in this agreement.

5. Communication and working hours

• Communication with the RihlaAcademy team takes place during working hours, from 10:00 to 16:00.
• Messages received outside working hours are answered during the next working hours.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• Once RihlaAcademy begins reviewing the letter, fees are non-refundable.
• If the client cancels before work begins, they are entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
• If the service cannot be delivered because of a direct error by RihlaAcademy, the full service fee is refunded.
• Work is considered to have begun when the letter is opened and review or editing begins.
