Start your baccalaureate equivalence application

1. Requested service

RihlaAcademy helps the client prepare and follow up their baccalaureate equivalence application, including:

• Reviewing the required documents.
• Checking that the application is complete and ready.
• Preparing a motivation letter addressed to the equivalence authority where needed.
• Guiding the client through the equivalence application steps.
• Following up with the client and explaining the steps related to their application within this service’s scope.

2. Price

• The baccalaureate equivalence service costs 99 €.
• The amount paid covers only preparation and follow-up of the equivalence application.
• Official fees, postage, translation, legalisation and any other third-party charges are excluded unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Client obligations

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, precise information about their academic background.
• Provide authentic, accurate documents and take responsibility for their validity.
• Send the requested documents within the specified deadlines.
• Inform RihlaAcademy of any change or additional request from the relevant equivalence authority.

4. Communication and working hours

• Communication with the RihlaAcademy team about this service takes place during working hours, from 10:00 to 16:00.
• Messages received outside working hours are answered during the next working hours.
• The service does not include immediate or continuous support outside working hours.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Once RihlaAcademy has begun providing the service, fees paid are non-refundable.
• If the client cancels before work on their application begins, they are entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
• If the application encounters a problem or is refused because of a proven error directly attributable to RihlaAcademy in preparing it within this service’s scope, the client receives a full refund for the affected service.
• No refund may be claimed if the decision results from the relevant authority’s requirements, an ineligible application, incomplete or incorrect information or documents supplied by the client, missed deadlines or any cause outside RihlaAcademy’s responsibility.
• Work is considered to have begun when the team studies the application, reviews documents, prepares the motivation letter or starts preparing the equivalence request.
