1. Requested service

RihlaAcademy provides full support for the client’s plans to study in Belgium. The package includes:

• Guidance and selection of programmes and institutions
• Baccalaureate equivalence where needed
• Preparation and follow-up of the university application
• Preparation and review of the visa application
• Assistance with visa appointment booking
• Help with finding accommodation and settling in after arrival

2. Price and payment terms

• The total price of the full support package is 599 €.
• The client pays 349 € when the service begins.
• The remaining 250 € is paid after the client receives admission to a university or educational institution through an application submitted under this package.
• The package price includes up to 3 applications to different universities or educational institutions.
• If the client wishes to submit more than 3 applications, each additional application costs 50 €.
• The price includes the other services specified in this agreement within the scope of the full support package.
• Any additional service not specified in this agreement is excluded from the package and may involve additional charges with the client’s approval.

3. Client obligations

• Provide accurate, precise information.
• Provide authentic, accurate documents.
• Respond to the RihlaAcademy team within the required deadlines.
• Meet the deadlines of educational institutions and administrative bodies.

4. Scope and liability

• RihlaAcademy does not guarantee university admission or a visa.
• Admission decisions are made exclusively by educational institutions.
• Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant authorities.
• The amount paid covers RihlaAcademy’s services and work and is not a guarantee of the outcome.
• Assistance with a housing search does not guarantee that accommodation will be found.
• RihlaAcademy does not visit accommodation on the client’s behalf unless a separate service is expressly agreed.

5. Communication and working hours

• Communication with the RihlaAcademy team takes place during working hours, from 10:00 to 16:00.
• Messages received outside working hours are answered during the next working hours.
• The package does not include immediate, continuous support outside working hours.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• Once RihlaAcademy has begun the full support service, fees paid are non-refundable.
• If the client cancels before work on their application begins, they are entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
• If an admission or visa application is refused because of a proven error directly attributable to RihlaAcademy in preparing or submitting it, the client receives a full refund of the amount paid for the affected part of the service.
• No refund may be claimed if the refusal results from the decision of the institution or relevant authorities, failure to meet admission or visa requirements, incorrect or incomplete information or documents supplied by the client, missed deadlines or any cause outside RihlaAcademy’s responsibility.
• Work is considered to have begun when the team studies the application, reviews documents, provides guidance, prepares the admission or visa application, or undertakes any other step in delivering the package.
